Amy has been practicing body work and massage therapy for over 10 years all around the world. Her aim is to help others disconnect from the stresses of life and reconnect to themselves through deep relaxation. Your session with Amy will be customised and tailored to suit the individual needs of your body and mind space. Her sessions include a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Lomi Lomi and deep tissue. She is also trained in pregnancy massage, holistic beauty therapy and is a qualified yoga teacher. You will leave your session with Amy feeling recharged, rebalanced and relaxed.
